Distance Gazing: This is the technique in which you try to focus on the objects around you while feeling relaxed and calm. Focus for some time then slowly shifts your eyes to another object but that object should be at some distance from you. For the next time try to pause on the same object from varying distance that would be beneficial.
Focus Shifting: As the name indicates focus shifting is to shift the focus that can be done as follows. First of all feel relaxed, cool and calm, then hold your one arm straight with your thumb lifts upward and then try to concentrate on that thumb , slowly bring it towards your nose but your eyes should be focused on that thumb only then slowly move it away from your nose.Reapeat it for at least 10 times
