CHUM KUNE DO MARTIAL ARTS ACADEMY
The martial art Chum Kune Do is a self defence system, originating in common sense . The system is based on efficiency of movement and sound anatomical logic, coupled with speed and power. In our classes we aim to provide every student, regardless of previous experience, with the techniques to deal with common self defence situations from day one. Our Instructors are dedicated to passing on their extensive knowledge in a clear and interactive way, and to that end we have a logically-structured syllabus which takes our students through the system step by step.
1) Little Woodland Ninja Time 5.pm to 6.pm Tuesday Club at the Woodland Art Centre, Woodland Road Gillingham.
2) Fight Club (Chinese Kickboxing) 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm Tuesday at St Augustine R.C. School Deanwood Drive Rainham
3) Little Ninjas Time 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm Wednesday at St Augustine R.C. School Deanwood Drive Rainham
4) Boxercise Keep, Fit starting soon. 9.30 am to 10.30 am. Tuesday. At Woodland Art Centre. Woodland Road Gillingham
5) Kick-Boxercise time 8.pm to 9.pm Wednesday. At St Augustine R.C. School Deanwood Drive Rainham
