Introduction
In my experience, most people recognize the importance of nutrition and exercise, but are unaware of the most effective forms of exercise or the most powerful nutritional strategies to get results. It is easy to become confused by all of the misinformation and conflicting advice in the fitness industry. I can help you cut through that confusion and reach your goals.
My programs involve the most effective exercises, training principles, and nutrition plans. Each program and nutrition plan will be designed to reach your individual goals, and continually assessed and progressed to ensure long term progress.
I can set you up with a well-designed plan that will get you results whether your goal is to reduce body fat, gain strength, increase lean tissue, or improve your overall fitness and conditioning. Of course, the best training and nutrition plans only work if you do... follow the program and you will see the results! If you aren't able to meet with me in person I also have Online Coaching programs and resources available.
In my programs, you will also learn the best ways to warm up and prepare your muscles for exercise, and which safe forms of stretching can improve recovery following exercise. Emphasis is placed on developing core strength and addressing weak areas in the body to improve muscular balance. You will also learn how to recognize which hyped-up fitness trends may be wasting your time, so that you can focus your energy on what really works for reaching your specific goals.
