Introduction
PEAC School for Elite Athletes was designed to meet the needs of young athletes competing at a high level both in the classroom and in their respective sport. PEAC offers its students the Ontario Curriculum by Ontario Certified Teachers in small classroom sizes that allow the students to utilize laptops, SMART Boards and wireless internet in every classroom. PEAC student-athletes also benefit from online lesson plans and flexible deadlines to meet this athletic schedule.
Outside the classroom, PEAC offers daily dry-land and sports specific training to its student-athletes. Students receive nutritional counselling, conditioning and strength training. PEAC offers sport specific training in hockey, freestyle skiing and snowboarding, soccer, tennis, squash, swimming, boxing, lacrosse, basketball, baseball, and more. PEAC provides its student-athletes with professional coaches and skill development in their sport.
PEAC is a unique school that combines the athletic and academic needs of student-athletes to create a strong foundation of success on and off the field. PEAC not only creates top level athletes but life-long learners, career-oriented, respectful individuals.
