Job Description
We are in need of a secretary for a Private company based in Ortigas.

Secretarial work includes:

- Daily routine correspondence, paperwork, management of accounts, record keeping, emails
- Dealing with staff and visitors
- Dealing with clients and customers for business correspondence and coordination

Applicant must:

- Have a degree in Office Administration or related course
- Have the capability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Have the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Be fluent in English, both oral and written
- Be knowledgeable in MS Office application and internet/email savvy
- Have discretion and understand the need for confidentiality
