Introduction
My name is Clare, and I've been teaching fitness for over fifteen years. At Zigs Exercise we offer classes in Pole Fitness, Pilates and Yoga, and welcome all abilities!
Our Pole classes combine choreography, tricks and stretches to help you maximise your ability. It's a fantastic full-body workout and it's great fun as well!
Pilates will help to improve posture, strengthen your core and reinforce balance. It's great for correcting lingering aches and injuries, and strengthening you as a whole.
Iyengar yoga is great for toning and increasing stamina, and keeping your joints strong and supple.
I also give Personal Training sessions to help you meet specific fitness goals- if you're training for a marathon, dropping a dress size, improving your diet or rehabilitating an old or recent injury, I can give you targeted advice and exercises to do wherever you are. Personal training is great value for money- you can get loads of value from each and every session, making the most of your time and energy, and you can get results fast.
Then finish it all off with a relaxing massage to strengthen and reinvigorate you. We offer light massages to sports massages- just let us know your preferences.
