TMS prides itself on excellent customer service. We are committed to assist you seven days a week if need be. We conduct ou r business with integrity, professionalism and reliability establishing long term customer relationships.

Powder Coating
We specialise in the refurbishment and customising of alloy or steel rims using Powder Coating techniques adopted from European methods, mastered by our highly experienced technicians and brought to South Africa to ensure a top quality product. Our unique powder coating process is adapted to ensure maximum bonding to the metal or alloy surface with a wide range of more than 3000 colours, with properties that are more UV and scratch resistant - especially in our local African conditions.

With our Powder coating we offer the following services:
• A quick ONE-DAY service on standard finishes / OEM colours
• A 12 month warranty
• Full customisation options
• Please note - we also do sandblasting and powder coating on any metal components or vehicle accessories e.g. roof racks, bull bars, jerry cans, jacks, toolkits, motorcycle frames, etc.

Complete Paint Re-spray (Cosmetic touch-up)
We also offer a complete paint re-spray or wheel cosmetic ‘Touch-up’ service to those customers not looking for a full
refurbishment. We offer a wide range of colours, and can match any existing colour of OEM silvers.

Turn-around time
We pride ourselves on our market-leading quick turn-around time and offer six categories of elite high end finishes, ranging from standard Classic to our Signature Series. Standard finishes, such as matching OEM silvers, are completed as a ONE DAY SERVICE. Personal customization such as our Image and Signature Series, takes approximately two days.

TMS Collection & Delivery Service
We have dedicated vehicles on the road with geographically planned routes to ensure that all of our promises regarding collection and deliveries on-time to our clients are met.

TMS Crack Detection
To ensure the safety of our clients, we have a sophisticated UV crack detection system to detect any defects or cracks in a wheel
- this system is more widely known in the international aircraft industry as it is used to do crack detection on turbine engines.
