At Sweat City, we preach that a healthy lifestyle is made up of both exercise and nutrition. Our nutritional training encourages you to eat healthy and keep cheat-meals to a minimum. We do not encourage strict dieting because after demanding training, the body needs fuel to recover and rebuild. Instead of subtracting from your diets, we encourage you to make positive additions such as eating breakfast daily, eating before and after training, and drinking water throughout the day.
