Hi, my name is Dr. Subrata Das. I am working at Li & Fung India Pvt. Ltd., a Chinese Multinational Company and I take care of different brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and etc. I reside in Bangalore from past eight years and I was planning to own a home in Bangalore at an affordable price and that is when I came to know about Dreamz Infra, and it is a two years back story, when Dreamz Infra was new to Bangalore real estate sector. At that time, I was in a great confusion in choosing the projects in Bangalore, and then Dreamz was new in the market. Later, I contacted Dreamz Infra in the year 2012 in February when the company was in their initial stage of growth and had launched Dreamz-I and Dreamz-II. I visited their office and enquired about their projects and company background and I was impressed and wanted to book a flat in Dreamz-I, but unfortunately I was too late as all the flats were booked. I was disappointed as I missed the opportunity to book flat in Dreamz-I, but Dreamz Infra encouraged and suggested me to go for the new project Dreamz-II, but in Dreamz-II project 3 BHK flats were not available, hence I booked two flats in the project and during that time Dreamz Infra even didn't register the land but I trusted the company and listened to my first gut and booked flats, now I am happy and really satisfied with the CRMs and company management, who convinced me to take a wise decision to book flats. I am also delighted that the construction of the project is going at a very fast rate, and I am confidence enough to say that in another six months I will own my flats. I really appreciate Dreamz Infra's objectives and their care towards environmental management system, safety issues, and water harvesting system in their projects. Considering all these factors, I am really happy about Dreamz Infra and Dreamz resolution exactly matches with my thoughts too that 'every Indian should own their dream home' and Dreamz Infra is seeing success in this regard and I am very happy with this project and the company as well.
