General Terms & Conditions
Pimp-My-Bike Retail provides that items purchased with a 12 month return period commencing on the delivery date. During this period, Pimp-My-Bike Retail warrants that the device will be free of material defects that prevent its normal operation. You are entitled to one (1) year limited warranty service according to the terms and conditions in the limited warranty statement within the warranty period in the UK or locality where the item is marketed.
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase. Your dated sales receipt, which shows the date of purchase, is your proof of purchase date. You may be required to provide the date of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service.
Pimp-My-Bike Retail shall not be liable for any damages or defects to the product caused by improper use or by accident, malicious damage, hazard, excess humidity, liquid ingress, electrical stress, or other environmental conditions not commonly found in a normal safe working environment. Please note that each device is fitted with a liquid sensor and its reaction will serve as proof of liquid ingress having occurred.
Your product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under the normal use during the limited warranty period except the scratch on the appearance, plastics accessories and rubber pads.
The defective material of your returned product will be repaired or replaced with the new, or equivalent to new, spared material in the provided warranty service. A repaired or replaced product will be warranted for the unexpected portion of the original product's warranty.
Pimp-My-Bike Retail shall not be liable if the defect arises because you have failed to follow the manufacturer's written instructions as to storage, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance of the product or if you alter or attempt to repair the relevant product without the written consent of Pimp-My-Bike Retail.
Pimp-My-Bike Retail's warranty does not extend to cables, accessories, plugs, rubber pads, batteries, plastics or power supply units. It is your responsibility to return the faulty product back to us. You are expected to reuse original supply packaging for product examination and ensure safe transport. Incorrectly packaged returns may be processed as a chargeable repair.
Pimp-My-Bike Retail will, in its discretion, either repair or replace the faulty product within 90 days of the receipt of the product. Pimp-My-Bike Retail will return the product to you at our cost.
Pimp-My-Bike Retail advises you to carefully check the product before dispatch to ensure it is defective. Any product returned which is not found to be defective, or has been damaged or misused by you will be returned to you and may be invoiced for the cost of shipping.

All Goods are sold as described; we specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Delivery
In the event of your parcel being received as damaged, state on the courier's podium/electronic handset "PARCEL DAMAGED" and add your signature . Any claim that any goods have been delivered damaged, are not of the correct quantity or do not comply with their description shall be notified by the customer to us within seven (7) days of their delivery. Any alleged defect shall be notified by the customer to us within seven (7) days of the delivery of the goods or in the case of any defect which is not reasonably apparent on inspection within two (2) days of the defect coming to the customer's attention.
Pimp-My-Bike Retail shall be afforded reasonable opportunity and facilities to investigate any claims made under this condition and the customer shall if so requested in writing by Pimp-My-Bike Retail promptly return any goods the subject claim and any packing materials securely packed and paid to Pimp-My-Bike Retail for examination. Pimp-My-Bike Retail shall have no liability with regard to any claim in respect of which the customer has not complied with the claims procedures in these conditions.
Pimp-My-Bike Retail shall be afforded reasonable opportunity and facilities to investigate any claims made under this condition and the customer shall if so requested in writing by Pimp-My-Bike Retail promptly return any goods the subject claim and any packing materials securely packed and paid to Pimp-My-Bike Retail for examination. Pimp-My-Bike Retail shall have no liability with regard to any claim in respect of which the customer has not complied with the claims procedures in these conditions.
