Returns & Refunds
The 4 rules of change of mind returns
- Item(s) need to be returned:
within 28 days of receipt;
Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and
In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
Accompanied with a valid RMA number clearly displayed with the packaging.
Returning Goods
1. If the goods are faulty
Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You may also be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you think that there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.
2. If you change your mind
In addition to your rights in relation to faulty goods, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a credit of that item. We will credit the monetary value of the goods returned to us to your account, at the price you purchased them minus any shipping charge where full orders are returned. If you change your mind about the goods (including the size or colour), the goods returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
3. Returns Generally
This applies to the return of all goods, regardless of whether they are faulty or you change your mind or need a different size. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Once your return authorisation form has been reviewed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.

Domestic shipping
Free Shipping Australia-wide
We're proud to offer free shipping from our warehouse in Adelaide primarily using Star Track Couriers as our carrier. Here's how it works:
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Tasmania and Perth: Place your order before 12pm on a business day and it will arrive the next business day. If your order is placed after 12pm on a business day, it will arrive within 2 business days.
The rest of Australia (including rural areas): Place your order any time on a business day and it will arrive within 2 - 4 business days.
Orders totalling less than $29.99 will arrive in 1 - 7 business days.
Order tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a consignment number/track ID. Simply enter this on the respective websites to track the delivery of your parcel.
Signing for deliveries
Deliveries must be signed for, however you may nominate to have the parcel left without a signature (e.g. on your porch). If you're not home when it arrives, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.
Deliveries to PO Boxes
We are able to deliver to PO Box addresses and Parcel Lockers. Due to charges from our carrier from such deliveries, a surcharge of $9.35 will apply to all orders within Australia. Please select this option in checkout to avoid delays in the processing of your order. We recommend that orders be delivered to residential and business addresses where possible to avoid any extra costs.

We're proud to offer free airmail delivery to New Zealand and low flat rates to the rest of the world from our warehouse in Adelaide primarily using Australia Post as our carrier.
Shipping Costs & Times
For packages shipped outside Australia we use Australia Post Airmail and Star Track Express. Australia Post Airmail does not offer tracking services for all international deliveries, for this reason we recommend opting for their Express Courier International service. This is provided that the service is available to your chosen destination. For large parcels your order may be upgraded to an express service free of charge.
The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facility and delivered to you based on your selected delivery method and destination. Customs & Import Taxes
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay any import duties or taxes. Packages are marked as merchandise with true values represented. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the costs. If you refuse to pay them, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
