Szechuan is well known for their wide array choice of spicy dishes, such as Aromatic duck, Spicy Shredded beef and so on, while Catonese is well known for their varieties of stir fried, braising, roasting, stewing and steamed dishes, such as the most well known Cantonese crispy roasted duck and crispy roasted pork and so on. We could cook many delicious south-east Asian food including Thai and Japanese cuisines. The chef, who is the owner has over 24 years of cooking experience, believes that good food is a culture in itself and that should not has any boundaries for creativities and adaptations from all kinds of very best cuisines. However he only focuses on what he knows as the healthiest cuisines and eating should be about quality and healthy life rather than just stuffing in one's face with loads of rubbish and that is unethical and would cause us all sorts of food-related health problem such as obesity, diabetes, kidney liver and heart problems.

e-pan was an accredited Chinese restaurant, which was originally based in the Cotwolds areas; the onwer of e-pan was widely recognised by the food critics and the eating out columnists of the local newspapers as the best chef for his skills, tastes and creativities. It also received the very honourable certificate of quality and service by the Guild of Master Craftmen. In Bournemouth, the new e-pan Restaurant so far has already received 2 Safer Food Gold Awards certifying their very high hygiene standard since it has opened three years ago.
