York Place Media was founded in Leeds by a group of journalists providing editing, copywriting and proofreading services. We have now joined forces with Hertfordshire-based business, designPage to offer a comprehensive website service for firms and individuals in Leeds, West Yorkshire and elsewhere in the UK. York Place Media writes the text and provides the photographs for the new site in close liaison with the client, while the programming experts at designPage deal with the technical side of matters. Together we create a site that not only impresses but one that with our continued support will command an outstanding presence on search engines. We can also create smart-phone-friendly sites to complement an existing site or as a stand-alone service.
In addition to website work, York Place Media is a publisher, specialising in ebook production as well as conventional printed versions. We take on ghostwriting contracts too and also offer a translation service (French/German/Russian).
