Our session duration is one hour, five days a week, Monday to Friday. The session schedule includes warm-up, asana practice, followed by yoga nidra and pranayama. Our yoga classes are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. New students are properly guided through these sessions by our qualified and experienced teachers.
The following is a schedule of group sessions. You can choose the time you like. Yoga Hut members can also enjoy the flexibility of switching between classes with the same teacher.
