Introduction
In 2009 Paul Webbe and Ruth Sandys Edwards combined their two successful cookery schools, Webbe's Cookery School and Cutting Edge Food & Wine Cookery School, under the single badge to offer students even more facilities and opportunities.
From fish cooking in a kitchen yards from the fishing boats at Hastings, or specialist courses for caterers, chalet, yacht and private cooks, corporate teambuilding activity days and cooking holidays in our main venue at Rye.
From a single morning to several weeks there is a course for everyone at every level of cooking skill from beginner to expert. Some courses are scheduled whilst others are available on request.
