Introduction
We provide conference interpreting services for meetings of any size and subject. Interpreting can be in simultaneous (requiring technical equipment), in consecutive or whispered. If you are planning a meeting involving two or more languages, we offer a one-stop-shop service before, during and after the event. We give advice on the most suitable interpreting technique for your meeting, recruit the best colleagues for the different languages and liaise between the event organiser and the team of professional conference interpreters (preparing contracts, distributing documents, handling invoices, etc.). We also offer advice on the most suitable simultaneous interpreting equipment and liaise with the equipment provider. We offer consultancy services to help clients with their requirements when organising small or larger meetings where two or more languages are involved and several interpreters are required. We also provide written translation services in Word, PowerPoint or Excel from Italian to English and vice versa, as well as other languages, with fast turnaround times. We cover many specialties and industry sectors.

Daniela Ascoli
Conference Interpreter and Translator
I have been a conference interpreter and translator since 1991, and a member of AIIC (International Association of Conference Interpreters) since 2003. I was born and raised in Italy, where I obtained my master degree in conference interpreting (Trieste), and permanently moved to London in 1994 after spending 3 years in Paris. My working languages are Italian, English and French.
My experience covers both corporate and institutional work. I have interpreted for members of the Royal Family, including HRH The Duke of Edinburgh (Prince Philip) and HRH The Prince of Wales (Prince Charles), for many Ministers, including Tony Blair, David Cameron and Ed Miliband (and their Italian counterparts), and several international celebrities and Academics such as Professor Stephen Hawking, Elizabeth Taylor and Michael Jackson.
I interpreted for many meetings of the UK Presidency of the G8 in 2005 - including Gleneagles Summit - and for the G20 summit in London in 2009.
In 2012 I was an official interpreter for the London Olympic Games.
I work for the Council of Europe, Europol and Eurojust, and have interpreted on several occasions between Italian and British MPs at the House of Commons.
I travel extensively all over Europe and beyond to interpret for corporate clients at international conferences on different subjects including Medicine, Finance, Law, Automotive, Fashion, Design and European Works Councils.
I have interpreted for many live TV broadcasts, including the election of Pope Benedict XVI on BBC World.
My fields of expertise also include international arbitrations and court cases at the High Court in London.
I was a Lecturer in Conference Interpreting Techniques at the University of Westminster from 2004 to 2011.

I have been working as a free-lance interpreter (simultaneous and consecutive) and translator and have lived in the UK since 1979 and I travel extensively in Europe and beyond with my customers. I spent 16 years living and working in French-speaking Switzerland.
I have been a member of AIIC (International Association of Conference Interpreters) since 1981. I am bilingual and work regularly into Italian and into English and my other working languages are French and Spanish.
I have worked for many international organizations (European Parliament, Council of Europe, European Court of Justice, European Court of Human Rights, some UN Agencies, Western European Union, NATO Parliamentary Assembly), in high level political and Ministerial meetings (Italian Parliament and Senate, UK Government Departments including Prime Ministerial meetings at No.10), G8 and G20 meetings in the UK, Canada and Italy. During two Presidential visits I was at Buckingham Palace interpreting for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
I also interpret for well-known celebrities and personalities such as Andrea Bocelli, Giorgio Armani, Roberto Saviano, Silvio Berlusconi, Tony Blair, Prime Minister Harper of Canada, The Secretary of State of the Holy See and a number of captains of industry and Members of Parliament.
I have extensive experience in the medical and pharmaceutical fields (cardio-vascular, ophthalmology, gastro-intestinal, renal failure, orthopaedic surgery, periodontology, European Pharmacy model).
In the legal field I have been involved in several company take-over negotiations, patent litigations, arbitrations and other hearings/depositions in the High Court in Dublin and London, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg (France), a Court in Michigan (USA) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland.
In the field of Sport : International Motorcycling Federation, World Boxing Federation, International Cycling Union, Rugby Union, International Fencing Federation, Olympic Games in Beijing and in London.
