It operated under the guise of a service to the Bitcoin community that generated vanity Bitcoin addresses for free or a small fee for a specific number of characters. All a site visitor had to do was type their name in an input field, enter their email address, and click “generateâ€. The private key to the new address would then be delivered either via email or conventional post.
