Introduction
We are three friends - Kensuke, Emma and Jon - with a shared fanatical interest in food and our aim is to serve the great, affordable katsu curry and sushi readily available in Toyko. Kensuke inherited many of our recipes from his mother and grandmother. That authenticity is important to us and we aim to provide the best quality food possible, whilst keeping everything affordable.
Sustainability and quality are high on the agenda. We use the best suppliers, from the fishermen that provide our line-caught yellowfin tuna to Akashi Tai, a great boutique sake brewery providing tasty and diverse sake.
Our chicken is free range, our fish from sustainable sources and packaging almost entirely recyclable... there are a couple of items we're working on, but almost there.
