The origins of this well known holistic therapy can be traced back thousands of years.
During a reflexology treatment the therapist accesses small pressure points on the feet or hands, which may help to relieve tension, reduce pain, improve body functions and generally restore the body to a better state, so improving physical well being.

Baby & Toddler Reflex
Most babies and toddlers tend to get lots of minor discomforts like sniffs and snuffles, constipation or loose nappies and teething pain. And like most parents you might not want to rely on drugs each time this happens. With baby & toddler reflexology you can learn to help ease these discomforts yourself. It�??s also a great way to calm down upset or over tired little ones!
I teach parents to give their own children simple reflexology in small groups or individuals. Charts are provided for you to keep as a reference.
Thermo-Auricular Therapy
Many ancient cultures including the Egyptians, Romans, Greeks and Aborigines used ear candles in different forms such as reeds, hollow twigs and a pottery cone. This was done to help clean the ears. Many use the name Hopi ear candles which is the brand name used by manufacturer Biosun. The name Hopi comes from one of the oldest of the first nation American Indians who are renowned for their harmony with nature.
The candles work on a chimney principle, with warm smoke gently drawing impurities towards the surface. They may help with many ear, nose and throat conditions and can be used from childhood onwards.
