Introduction
All of our menu items are chef inspired by owner Executive Chef Michael Rypka with over 18 years experience in the restaurant business.
-We buy all of our food products and high quality meats from reputable local Texas based businesses, other than our Green Chili's from New Mexico.
-All of our chicken is fresh and all natural. Our chicken is free from any hormones, preservatives, and steroids.
-We hand cut all of our vegetables and meats to preserve the freshness and quality that goes in all our food.
-We use real eggs free of any additives, hormones, or other unnatural things you couldn't pronounce if you read them on a food label.
-We pay our staff good wages and treat them with respect.
-We are constantly trying to improve ourselves, our food, and how we do things on a daily basis to give you the best product we can do.
-Our food quality is the most important thing to us and we have an open door for all our customers to give us their feedback on our food and service.
