The White Horse Inn is gloriously situated on the marshland coastline of North Norfolk at Brancaster Staithe, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, with its big blue skies, spectacular sunsets and lots of space to breathe. The coastline is a magical area to explore with breathtaking panoramic views across tidal marshes and endless sandy beaches.
The area is ideal for walkers, sailors, golfers, cyclists, birdwatchers and dog owners as well as holidaymakers, families and special occasion groups.
A friendly welcome is assured at this stylish, comfortable, tranquil yet bustling award winning establishment, full of Norfolk life - a true taste of Norfolk living.
The 15 en-suite bedrooms are spacious in design with contemporary furnishings and decor with seascape colours in mind - hues of blue, green, lavender and sand. Eleven rooms are double bedded and Four rooms have twin beds - Five rooms can convert into family rooms with extra 'z' beds if needed.
The conservatory restaurant with sun deck terrace and adjoining dining area give spectacular views overlooking the Norfolk Coastal Path and the tidal marsh beyond to Scolt Head Island and is a great place to eat local seafood and seasonal produce. It is a perfect backdrop for a truly wonderful dining experience. Dining from any aspect is unhurried and, we hope, an enjoyable social occasion. Lunch is served from 12 noon to 2 pm and dinner from 6.30 to 9 pm. Enjoy tapas and a sundowner on the sundeck terrace from 5pm each evening where we offer a great selection of mouthwatering 'sunshine' dishes inspired by alfresco living.
