Introduction
A beautiful village pub. Now tastefully refurbished and enhanced by fine dining and a comprehensive wine and beer selection.The 2,000 sq foot venue, a former brewery dating back to 1416 is ETM's first country outpost and features a 40 cover restaurant, bar and lounge as well as an expansive garden. Accommodation will follow soon.

The kitchen will offer a range of menus that include lunch, dinner, bar snacks and an awesome Sunday lunch, all characterised by the use of local seasonal produce.
The pub will feature menus and recipes using local farms and suppliers, including Lavenham Butchers, with daily catches from Leigh-on-Sea.
An extensive list of accessible wines sitting alongside premium draught ales, lagers, cider, spirits and classic cocktails. Our own brewed ales will also be available too.
