Introduction
Hello, we’re The Old Bank Bistro and we hope to welcome you soon to eat, drink and enjoy yourself with us.
Our cosy premises really were a bank here in the lovely Norfolk village of Snettisham, now converted into a bright, relaxed space where you can come alone, with your family or friends for a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast, elevenses, lunch, tea or supper. And when winter’s over and the sun comes out, try our walled garden for summer drinks or a meal that makes the most of the warmer weather.
We do our best to create the food we serve using the fine produce for which our area is so famous. Seafood, samphire, crab, mussels, cockles and game …meats, vegetables, breads … we source as much as possible from our trusted local suppliers.
We’re a family run business, people who love and understand good food. Our tastes extend from the best of British to an eclectic mix from all over the world. We may be limited in size, but never in imagination and our enthusiasm for eating well is reflected in our sample menus. And if you have any special dietary requirements, just ask and we’ll be delighted to cook according to your wishes.
