A published author, she has helped her students stretch their skills in writing and speech presentation, thus paving the way for her students to compete in the national level and place first in competitions like the Palanca Awards. With her extensive experience in business and service management, personnel training, media coaching, sales and customer care, she excels in all the significant areas of people development.

She is in the faculty of the DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES' program for Management Associates (MAP) for whom she conducts Business Writing and Speech Eloquence Workshops. She has also trained the DBP's lawyers and top executives in Creative Thinking and Presentation Techniques. Her workshop in Technical Writing, Grammar Mastery, and Speaking Skills is being run for all DBP employees.

Since 2002, Ms. Viesca has worked hand-in-hand with the DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION as the lead designer and trainer of DepEd's English programs - BASIC , ADVANCED, and PRACTICAL - which promote Communicative Language Teaching (speaking and writing techniques) among the country's English educators and non teaching personnel. In 2008, she designed the comprehensive LANGUAGE COMPETENCY BENCHMARK for the Department of Education, which is now being used as the official guideline for the standard competency requirements of all DEPED personnel, all ranks.

She is a firm believer in the unlimited potential inherent in any person who has the desire to invest time and effort in both formal training and self-education. Thus, the Talkshop is not simply about words, nor short-term goals, much less temporary change. All the programs Ms. Viesca designs and conducts for individuals and corporations are guaranteed to bring about continuous personal mastery and deepened communication expertise.
