Andy Tugwell
Managing Director
Andy has over 35 year’s experience in commercial and industrial heating, commercial refrigeration and air conditioning and takes a hands-on approach in the day to day running of the company. His is often to be found on site, overseeing projects and making sure that the customer is getting the exact equipment and service that they need. Andy believes in promoting the ethos of a quality service and a deep understanding of the customer’s needs throughout the company, from the top down.
Chris Tugwell
Financial Director
Chris is a qualified accountant and brings to the business a sound financial background with many years of practical and commercial experience. Qualified to NEBOSH standards, Chris also ensures compliance with all Health & Safety procedures and legislation for TSS Facilities. He believes that the secret to the success of TSS is their passion for customer service which is shared by the whole team.
Jason Grinstead
Heating Contract Manager
Jason is a fully qualified and experienced domestic and commercial heating engineer with over 20 years experience in the industry. Jason has a successful track record of service management with a reputation for delivering a high quality service. The addition of Jason to our management team in 2010 added immediate value to our business.
Jason Mamoany
Service Manager
Jason has been with TSS for the last 16 years and has successfully managed and controlled the growth of our service department whilst maintaining an excellent customer service record. He has developed and built good relationships with both clients and suppliers allowing us achieve a professional service.
Peter Townsend
Project Manager
Peter has been with TSS for 12 years. He is a qualified air conditioning and refrigeration engineer with over 30 years of industry experience. He manages all our air conditioning and refrigeration projects and has successfully built a good reputation with all our clients.
Steve Tugwell
Water Treatment Director
Steve is a highly qualified water treatment expert with 20 year’s experience in the industry. His department is responsible for a diverse portfolio of contracts which are managed to the highest standards to comply with legislation and TSS policies and procedures. As well as advising customers on how to maintain water hygiene, Steve is often called upon to be a speaker and presenter at water treatment seminars and training events around the country.
