Introduction
One to one adult swimming lessons for swimmers of all abilitties. Our aim is for everyone to feel safe and comfortable in the water, to gain confidence and have fun. We work with you in the water providing demonstrations and hands on guidance. We help you to explore breathing, floating, gliding and simple movements in the water before moving on to developing whatever strokes you want to learn. We have over 15 years experience of working exclusively with adults and have a thorough understanding of the needs of individuals. We have full ASA teaching certificates and are trained in the Shaw Method of swimming. We are also qualified school teachers and have knowledge of many different learning styles and teaching techniques. Lessons take place at The Abbey Hotel in Redditch and Ardencote Manor in Claverdon.
