Based on Queensland’s beautiful Sunshine Coast, Silky Surf is the new Surf School in Caloundra, owned and run by former Australian Champion Ben Silk. As a lifelong surfer Ben ‘Silky’ has decades of knowledge, wisdom and experience gained from years of travel, competition and communication.

We’ve hand-picked the best local, national and international coaches who know how to have a good time but also hold the highest certifications including level 1 surf coaching accreditation, bronze medallion surf lifesaving, advanced resuscitation, first aid and QLD Blue Cards.

Silky Surf is a fully licensed Surfing Australia accredited surf school. As an affiliated member school, Silky Surf must adhere and uphold a high standard of business ethics, customer service and customer safety to protect the interests and welfare of our clients at all times.
