Suchitrra Arts journey in promoting Indian art started in year 2004 when we started our online internet gallery under the banner of SUCHITRRA ARTS, in Mumbai, India. This was the time when there were very few internet galleries and with little or no transparency in the trade.
Appreciating and collecting art is meant to be enjoyed by everyone, not just limited to the savvy collector. Therefore our endeavour has been to use the medium of internet to create an opportunity of bringing the best talents within the reach of Art Connoisseurs where ever in the world they maybe. This has led us to acheive what we have. With currently with over 20,000 registered users and over 200 artist we are one of the most appreciated art content managers, showcasing and promoting the best young and established art talents in Indian Contemporary space.
Today we have the biggest sensible collection of origianl Indian art; canvas paintings, oil paintings, charcoal paintings, water color paintings, sculptures, photographs, prints, etc. by Indian Contemporary artist, be it as figurative paintings, abstract paintings, landscape paintings, sculpture, photographys, etc. These artist are from all over India like Maharashtra, Delhi, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Prades, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Bengal, to name a few.
