We help women and men, couples, kids, teens, and families heal and grow through life's challenges and transitions. Our professional team of psychologists and counsellors specialize in treatment of anxiety and depression, grief and loss counselling, relationship problems, stress management, life transition (including divorce, relocation and family/life stages), management of ADHD, behaviour problems and OCD with kids, as well as personal growth and development. We also offer therapy and psychoeducational groups for issues such as relationship loss, children's grief and overcoming anxiety.
