Introduction
Revival Bar & Kitchen is a farm-to-table, organic
restaurant. Our produce is sourced within 100 miles,.
We make everything we possibly can in-house, using
ingredients as the season dictates and holding
to our own high standards.
Right now we're serving lunch and dinner. We'll be
starting brunch service in a couple of months!
The kitchen at Revival sources everything
it can from local, small operation farms and
fishermen. It's important to us, and we stick
to this idea for a number of reasons.
Firstly, most of these purveyors are
certified organic. You don't need us to tell
you why it's a good idea to eat organic
when you can. A smaller operation means
a closer relationship between the crop, the
land, and the people who profit from it.
We are a root-to-shoot, farm-to-fork
restaurant. That means we use every
physical part we can of the animals and
produce that come into our kitchen. We
minimize waste and maximize flavor in the
same gesture.
Every dish is improved by the respectful,
reasonable treatment of its component
ingredients. Come to our restaurant
and taste it for yourself.
