Introduction
Respect Personnel Ltd is a nationwide recruitment company based in Essex that specialises in the recruitment of temporary, contract and permanent personnel, mostly in the Health and Social Care industry sectors but we also recruit for support staff required for administration, clerical and domestic roles.
Respect Personnel offers a specialised, value for money service, with the aim of meeting the needs of our health and social care clients who require the best staff for their hospitals, care homes, and clinics. We pride ourselves on our level of service and are available 24 hours/7 days a week throughout the year with a dedicated local team member to attend to calls. We always endeavour to recruit staff within our service user’s catchment areas for continuity and quick access, in case of emergency cover.
We provide training for both basic mandatory training and tailormade training based on our service user’s needs/requirements. We also provide refresher training for those reviewing their modules. We are also helping our staff acquire Care Apprenticeships Diploma’s at levels 2 and level 3 at an entry requirement age between 16-24.
OUR SERVICES
Management The management and placing of temporary staff, to our clients for assignments is the primary role of our consultant teams. They are experienced in developing an understanding of our client’s staffing needs, and then selecting from our available personnel, with matching qualifications and experience from our comprehensive database – supported by our own bespoke Enterprise ICT system. Payment and Reporting Respect Personnel are fully accountable to our clients, supported by detailed reporting facilities for the services we provide. We operate a system of validated time-sheets to account for assignments undertaken for our clients, and we can report on work and complete payment transactions using the latest technology, securely. Compliance Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements; the checking and confirmation of credentials and qualifications for all candidates: these are the principal activities of our dedicated compliance teams. We recruit and train staff specifically for these key activities, to ensure the safety and security of our staff selection processes.
