Regina Senior Citizens' Centre Inc.

Introduction

The Regina Senior Citizens' Centre fosters services and programs that encourage people ages 55+ to sustain independent, healthy, and active lifestyles.

The Regina Senior Citizens' Centre Inc. is made up of three entities:
1. Winnipeg Street Centre - Programming and activities for people age 55 and over to partake in daily.
2. Elphinstone Street Centre - Programming and activities for people age 55 and over to partake in daily.
3. Home Help Services - Services targeting all citizens over 55 years old who live and want to continue to live independently in their own home. These year-round services include housekeeping, companionship, transportation, snow shoveling and yard maintenance. These services are a vital function to assist, support and encourage older adults to maintain their independence and well being at home.
