Introduction
We are a team of experienced mental health professionals who work with children, adolescents, and adults, providing individual, couples and family counselling. Our therapists consist of psychologists and social workers that are trained in a number of therapeutic approaches to help our client's manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, relational and/or workplace stressors.
