RPJ provide professional document scanning services nationwide, across England & Wales. We are based in Essex and currently scan around 1/2 million pages up to A3 each month, for business in all industry sectors, both private, and public. We can also scan large drawings up to A0 in size.
Once scanned you will be protecting your companies paper records against a disaster like fire or flooding, as well as freeing up the office space these took, making the information available much faster on your network or online, and knowing they are all backed up.
Our secure RPJ Online retrieval software, means you do not have to invest in high entry cost, document management software, and as it is very secure, and fully managed by RPJ you do not have to take up your own IT dept's valuable time also.
We also offer own scanning service at your offices, and can provide a full document management system to sit on your servers, if you preferred.
We will initially visit your offices to size up your volumes, then provide a free scanning test if required, and a free RPJ Online demo site, as well as a detailed competitive quotation.
