ProperTK Ltd is a Painting and Decorating company providing residential and commercial painting and decorating services in London to clients who are looking for and appreciate quality work.
Our services range from simple redecorating to refurbishments and external-internal renovations including sash window refurbishments.
We tackle each job with precision and excellence, just like if it was our own.
Propertk Ltd was founded in February 2012 by Tibor Kenderesi who has been offering the same property maintenance services as a sole trader since 2007. The increased demand for his services prompted Tibor to establish ProperTK Ltd.
Tibor's wife, Gyongyi is managing all administrative tasks, keeps in touch with clients and ensures that they are updated about progress on the projects.
Our painters and decorators are serious and committed to deliver their work to a high standard. Tibor is always on site to ensure standards are met.
We are based in North London and most of our decorating work is concentrated around North and Central London, but we cover most areas in London.
We provide our Free Quotations following a detailed on site inspection and discussion with the client.
A large percentage of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals.

Tibor Kenderesi
Proprietor-Director
Tibor has been working in the property maintenance business since the age of 18. He gained wast experience on many related fields, including EPDM membrane roofing, manufacturing and finishing of Gypsum and Stone garden ornaments. He has started out as a sole trader decorator in 2007, but after working on his own for years and following the increased demand for his services he decided to take the business to the next level and founded ProperTK Ltd in February 2012.
He is truly passionate about property renovations and very committed to deliver his services beyond the clients' expectations. He is always onsite and gets involved in every aspect of the works.
