Joe Audino
President
Joe Audino earned his Master’s Degree as well as his Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting from John Carroll University. He has more than 10 years of leadership and operational experience in the parking industry with a strong focus in customer service. It is Joe’s belief that the healthcare industry requires more than someone simply parking cars. Joe has taken great pride in positioning ParkMed as a customer service focused organization that becomes an extension of the healthcare facility, providing service that is in tune to the needs of their customers. It is Joe’s objective to implement programs that guarantee quality, service, and increase patient satisfaction through continually improving, developing and implementing quality service innovations that ensure ParkMed’s long-term success and position of leadership. Joe is a member of the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS), the International Parking Institute (IPI), the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE), and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Joe has directed the growth and administration of ParkMed, establishing it as the premier hospital parking management firm in the nation.
