NarpsUK - National Association of Pet Sitters & Dog Walkers is dedicated to promoting professionalism and ethical standards within the pet sitting industry. We expect our members to be responsible and dedicated to the welfare of the pets they are servicing. Our members offer a range of caring pet sitting services including:

Home Boarding - House Sitting - Caged Pets - Pet Taxi Service
Day Care/Day Visits - Cat Visits - Dog Walking - Cat Care

Although we encourage and educate our members regarding occupational standard we are not a policing organisation therefore you can help us to promote these standards by asking your pet sitter to see their insurance certificate, criminal record check certificate (if they hold one), local authority licence (for home boarding), if pet sitters are being asked to show their certificates they will ensure they are current.

Your pet sitter should also ask you to sign a service contract stating the terms and conditions of the agreed contract.

Our register of pet sitters is free to pet owners unlike some other organisations. If you use one of our pet sitters please come back to our website when your booking is completed to give your pet sitter feedback - click on their profile and click 'leave star rating and feedback'.
