The flat has not been cleaned properly and it is not just the carpet and sofa. (the fridge is dirty, floors are dirty, kitchen corners are dirty, windows have not been cleaned, walls are dirty (stain and water marks everywhere) ....................this is the original email I received from the agency. Nothing can express my disappointment. This company is a waste of my money, waste of my time!!!! And when I ask for re cleaning. They simply disappear. And their attitude is the worst I have ever met in my life. Think really really carefully before you choose this company!!!!!!!!!! Also, they cannot offer any receipt.
