Thai food consists of many combinations and blends of different flavours, herbs, spices and chilli pepper. It is a cuisine which has become very popular due to the many Thai restaurants offering dishes that are appreciated by the adventurous and sophisticated palates of countless people of today.

Lemongrass is a tall, strong and graceful grass. The plant has a tough fibrous stem with a very delicate refreshing aroma resembling that of lemon.
Lemongrass Thai Restaurant is established in 1995 with its first outlet in East Coast. It serves quality authentic Thai cuisines for every Thai food lovers. Opened in February 1998, our second outlet is located at the heart of Singapore, more accessible to urbanites at The Heeren. The third outlet was opened in October 1998 at South Buona Vista (near Pasir Panjang, now known as "The Village Centre") bringing our signature dishes to our diners in the west part of the island. The fourth outlet is opened at Pasir Ris-Downtown East (formerly NTUC Pasir Ris Resort) catering to holidaymakers.
