Olga Medyukh ESQ is an attorney licensed to practice in the Courts of

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York,
Second Judicial Department, in September of 2009. In December of
2009, Mrs. Medyukh was admitted to practice in the United States
District Court, Eastern District of New York, followed by admission to
the Southern District of New York. The areas of practice include
employment related matters, overtime claims, overtime violations,
unpaid overtime, Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board matters,
andbankruptcy. Mrs. Medyukh has also represented clients in
