Station Approach welcomes the arrival of Brom|ey Curry Chef of the Year to Hayes. Chef Sarawar Uddin Khan has opened Kosturi a modern approach to Indian cuisine which combines traditional dishes with innovative recipes the basis upon which Sarawar won the Prestigious award in August of this year.
