Craig Gordon
VP of Sales
Craig has responsibilities for Kontiki’s worldwide sales, technical pre sales engineering and international operations and is based in our European HQ in London. He brings 20 years of international IT experience at the executive management level. Most recently, Craig was Managing Director for Visible Technologies, a leading social media monitoring company within the WPP Group. Prior to Visible, he managed the business operations in UK, Nordics and Southern Europe for Redwood Software, the leading business process automation software provider. He has also held executive management positions at Talisma Corporation he, where he oversaw year on year growth in sales across EMEA of Talisma’s multichannel Customer Interaction Management suite, and also as VP of Global Sales at McLaren Software and General Manager Europe for Captura Software.

Dan Vetras
CEO
Dan Vetras brings 30 years of experience in business and technology leadership to the Kontiki executive management team. As President and CEO, he oversees day-to-day operations globally and is actively involved in building long-term relationships with Kontiki’s customer base. Prior to joining Kontiki, Dan was President and CEO of Visible Technologies, a leader in social media intelligence solutions where he doubled the overall business, led a round of strategic financing and opened European operations. Before his role at Visible Technologies, he was President and CEO of Talisma Corporation, significantly growing revenues and managing a successful merger with Moxie Software. Dan was President and CEO of Captura Software through its merger with Concur Technologies, where he was responsible for determining the company’s strategic direction and operation. Prior to taking the helm at Captura, he was Vice President of Sales at Intranets.com/Web Ex. Dan served IBM as vice president of worldwide consumer software sales upon its acquisition of Edmark Corporation, where he was vice president of consumer sales and channel marketing. He also spent seven years in sales management and business development positions at Lotus Development Corporation/IBM.

Karen Castagnera
VP of Operations
Karen and her team provide 24/7 monitoring of Kontiki applications and customer care support to enterprise customers. Karen has extensive experience leading IT, Operations and Customer Care teams for start-up, emerging and established businesses. Karen joined Kontiki’s Operation team in 2001. In addition to her eight-years of progressive responsibility at Kontiki, Karen’s leadership experience includes management oversight of enterprise operations at VeriSign, Responsys, Baan, Cisco– and government operations at NASA Ames Research Center and the Department of the Army. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Psychology from Towson State University and a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Todd Johnson
President
Todd Johnson was CEO of Kontiki for three years to May 2008 and continues with the company as chairman of the board. During his time, he repositioned Kontiki as the leader in the legitimate P2P market segment and then later facilitated the sale of the company to VeriSign. Following the sale, Todd ran VeriSign’s Broadband Content Business, which included Kontiki, as Senior Vice President. Prior to Kontiki, Todd spent three years as President of Jamcracker, after a year as Senior Vice President, where he was responsible for all marketing sales, engineering and operations functions, a driver of product strategy (SAAS platform) and responsible for development of an ODC in India to drive lower costs. During 1999 and 2000, Todd was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Backweb Technologies. This followed a role at Silicon Graphics where he finished as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing. His other roles at Silicon Graphics included Vice President of Industry Marketing, Regional Sales Director and Business Development Representative. He is also a director of Multicast Media and Chairman of non-profit, Generations Together. Todd has recently accepted a role as interim CEO of Accelrys, a San Diego-based Science Software Analytics company.
