Our team of expert instructors is dedicated to helping each student achieve their full potential, whether they are seeking to improve their physical fitness, develop self-discipline and focus, or learn practical self-defense skills. Our curriculum is designed to cultivate resilience and mental toughness, as well as physical strength and agility, and we are committed to providing our students with the tools they need to succeed both on and off the mat. Our founder and head instructor, Kyoshi Manie, brings a lifetime of martial arts experience and a deep passion for teaching to our school. As a young student, Kyoshi learned the value of discipline and self-defense, and has dedicated his life to sharing these skills with others. He believes that martial arts training is not just about building physical strength, but also about cultivating inner strength and self-discipline.
