Founder & Managing Partner of Kashyap Partners and Associates Abha Kashyap has a wealth of experience in the arena of medical law - both as an attorney and as a former manager of a medical clinic. She is an expert on issues of medical compliance, medical malpractice, and medical office management. She is also skilled in the arena of corporate law - and has decades of experience in negotiation, management, strategic consultation, and small business incubation. Ms. Abha obtained her L.L.B. from the University of Delhi and is duly qualified to practice law in India. She also has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts, a Certification of Special Studies in Marketing from Harvard University, and a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside.

Akash Kashyap is an American and Indian qualified attorney practicing in New Delhi and Gurgaon. His practice has been primarily focused on Immigration Law, Start-Up Law, Media and Entertainment Law, Intellectual Property Protection Management and Business and Commercial Law. He has handled many cross-border investments, international estate planning, cross-border real estate management and transactions, and international mergers and acquisitions. He has also handled several US immigration cases, has managed divorce cases, and real estate builder contract default cases.

Akash Kashyap is also an American trained attorney and has also developed a wealth of experience in intellectual property rights management, immigration law, cross-border transactions, trusts and estates, and civil litigation in the state of New York. He provides comprehensive non-litigation services in US and Indian law, as well as back end support for litigation in the State of New York.

Mr. Akash is a member of the New York State Bar, Washington D.C. State Bar, New Jersey State Bar, Bar Council of Delhi and Bar Council of India, in good standing. He has specialized in Media and Entertainment Law in his J.D. and specialized in Commercial and Business law in his LLM. He is also a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association, qualified to practice in the High Court of Delhi, and is a certified Commercial Mediator.

Arohi Kashyap is a legal specialist in Family Law, Commercial Law, Immigration law and IPR Law. She has assisted in multiple domestic and international commercial transactions and matters – Joint-Ventures, Merger and Acquisitions, Negotiation, Contract Formation, Business Formations. She has been involved in handling divorce cases, copyright registration and trademark registration and oppositions.

Ms. Arohi completed her BBA-LLB with a specialization in, and graduated a silver medallist, on the Dean’s List throughout her five year of her law program. She has also been actively involved in ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), in both Mediation and Arbitration. She has presented and published numerous papers on Women’s Rights, International Commercial Arbitration, International Law and the WTO.

Ms. Arohi is an Associate member of Charter Institute of Arbitrators and an active member of Young Mumbai Center for International Arbitration (Young MCIA). She is member of the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation and a certified Commercial Mediator. Advancing the knowledge of IPR, she was president of CIPRAT (Center for Intellectual Property Rights and Technology) during her time in Law School.

She is a member of both the Delhi Bar Association and the Bar Council of India, in good standing. Ms. Arohi is also a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association, qualified to practice in the High Court of Delhi.
