A BRIEF HISTORY OF 715 SAW MILL RIVER ROAD
In1979 Irmgard and Dieter Schramm opened what is now Jennifer's Restaurant to the public. Then known as The Lakeside, the restaurant was named in honor of its location near the banks of the Croton Reservoir. After a brief interlude in the early 1990s, the Restaurant was reincarnated as Jennifer's, named after the owners' only daughter.
THE KITCHEN
