Jackâ??s Place Restaurant @ Compass Point

I would like to comment about the jack's place outlet located at sengkang. (compass point)
Firstly, when I first went in the shop. I wasn't really please because none of them come to the counter to serve us. I have to really pop in, in order to get their attention.
Secondly, the shop was small and only had a few numbers of tables. It looks very messy and squeezy. There wasn't any views as all the windows are being covered by the curtains.
Next, the service wasn't up to expected. They're slow at serving dishes. When food served, the basket of the garlic bread and bowl of soups are still on the table. Not only that, after they serve the food over, they did not automatically serve us the toppings for the baked potato.
Lastly, the food doesn't taste as nice as other jack's place outlet. The peas were hard and edible. All the food portions are smaller than usual including the garlic bread, baked potato and the dessert serving size. It was really not a good outlet to go eventually.
