Introduction
HK Fusion aims to offer its customers the full Hong Kong style dining experience. It offers an extensive selection of Hong Kong, Cantonese, and Szechuan cuisine and speciality drinks, which include BBQ meat (freshly prepared and roasted in house everyday by our HK specialty chef), won ton noodle soup, Cantonese style fried ho fun and the ever so popular bubble tea!
Its first branch is conveniently located next to the Grafton Shopping centre, close to WTs and Anglia Ruskin University. In September 2010, HK Fusion opened its second branch in Cambridge, opposite Cambridge University St John's College and close to the City Centre. Both premises are fully air conditioned on two floors, and offer an eat-in and take away service.
