Our stringent selection process means only the highest calibre individuals who demonstrate compassion and dependability are chosen to deliver care to you, and that is only after they have successfully passed our market-leading training course and extensive reference and DBS security checks. We carefully match our clients with the ideal CAREGiver, with formal introductions carried out at the client’s home in the presence of our Manager or Director. If the client is happy with our selection, we endeavour to always send the same CAREGiver for as long as we provide the service, so that trust, respect and friendship can develop between them as well as maintaining continuity of care. Our CAREGivers do not wear uniforms, so we can eliminate barriers in the relationship and prevent any chances of the client feeling self-conscious with the CAREGiver when going out. We tailor our services to meet their needs.
That is the difference between us and other care providers. We do not rush you with 15 minute visits like many others do. We do not make promises and fail to deliver them. We do not keep you waiting.
We DO:
- Have a minimum visit duration of one hour.
- Provide the services YOU want at a time YOU want them.
- Send CAREGivers who turn up on time.
- Make a no-obligation visit to you to discuss your needs and devise a suitable care plan.
- Make ourselves available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are here whenever you need us.
