Introduction
30 years of experience in stamping of motor lamination.
We provide stamping service for motor lamination. We design and assemble progressive stamping die for motor lamination. Stator lamination may be in loose sheet form, in auto-stacking form, or in welded form. Rotor lamination may be in loose sheet form, in auto-skew form, with or without die casting. Stator stacks can be powder-coated for insulation.
We mainly use CRNGO magnetic strips produced by China Steel, Nippon Steel and JFE. We are capable of stamping 0.2mm strips.
Prototyping of stator/rotor stacks are made available by wire-cutting.
To provide better service to our customers who are developing energy-saving motors, we have started providing winding services for brushless motors since 2008.
Our customers are mainly based in Taiwan. To expand our market, we also export regularly to S. Korea and Malaysia. We also have customers in the Philippines, India, and US.
