Introduction
H and M metal roof services is owned and and operated by two families the Hogan and Mccaughey.
I look after all the reports, quotes and programming of work with policy holder and related trades.
Lee Mccaughey runs our seven man gang of roofers and measuring and ordering materials. Our team is made up of six roofers and one carpenter.
(Allowing us to handle any issues with timber framing that we may find during the re-roofing process).
Our system works very well as a one of the business owners is always onsite.
We carry out house roofs and large commercial re roof.
We closely work with an engineer where required and provide form 16's where required.
We have an in depth knowledge of how to rectify any issues with roof framing that does not comply with spans or tie down requirements.
We engage ARA asbestos removalist to remove all asbestos jobs. All jobs are independently inspected by Environmetal Labouratory Solutions (ELS).
And clearance documents provided. We are fully self susfiant with a flatbed truck and our own edge protection.
Allowing us to travel to any location install our own edge protection and take one all rubbish the same day roof is completed.
Our everyday work areas are from Yamba in the south to Gympie to the north.
